Yoga status:

Practiced roughly around nine until ten this morning. Posted: 10:15 am

I love yoga. I can’t wait to finish my degree so that I can pursue studying yoga full time.

(Also, I will try to make sure there is laundry visible in every picture. You’re welcome.)

My manduka block is new. It’s a replacement block and is much needed, although my middle split is almost there right now, so. But, I will definitely be using for stretching and lengthening my leg muscles and hamstrings! Stretching these muscles feel great to me after some HIIT cardio.

Other things I purchased recently for my practice are sticky gloves (two different pair), sticky socks (love), and some books.

New Books: The Key Muscles of Yoga by Ray Long, and Yoga Anatomy by Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews.

In total, I bought four of the books from one of the required lists at one of the yoga teacher certification schools I have looked into in my area recently. I have yet to visit the one I am more seriously looking into. Can’t wait to share, it’s gorgeous studio, downtown, small town in Texas, not in Magnolia though, but close. And, not in the Woodlands.
